1. Items can be returned up to 14 days after delivery.

Within this period a customer is to give notice of a return through the contact form on our website. Please fill in 'RETURN' for the subject of your request.

2. Returnlink

After receiving your request tosca.store will send you a 'returnlink', through this link you are able to print a label with the address for return postage.

3. Cost

The customer is responsible for the return costs. Before you are able to print the return label you will be prompted to pay for return postage.

4. Package

Please send back your item(s) in the same or similar package in which you received them, otherwise the post office may not be able to accept your package.

5. Terms and conditions

Return items can only be accepted if they arrive in the same condition as the customer received them in and show no signs of wear.

6. Refund

If a customer opts to return their complete order, they will receive a full refund for the price of purchasing including postage, but not including return postage.

In case a customer opts to return a part of their order tosca.store will refund only the cost for the particular item.

Your refund will, at the latest, be deposited within 14 days after tosca.store has received the return item(s). Refunds are deposited through the same payment method as your purchase was made.
